“I really love where I stayed in room 1937. It was on 19th floor with city view. The host was so accommodating and replies always in an instant. Room was clean, smells good and quiet. Everything was advised smoothly. I only wish check in is earlier like hotels like 2pm.”

There was no Safe box in the room, though the owners later explained that it was being repaired. There were no paper towels as described. The air conditioner was small and weak so I had to stay in the bed area. The shower spray was weak and was confusing to operate. Also it Smells strongly of moth balls. I don’t understand how this is categorized as 4.5 stars on Expedia. I will say that...

Beautiful views of the city, great location with everything a person needs in the Jazz Towers complex and associated shopping mall including a supermarket and great restaurants such as the Viking Buffet and Dumpling...

“The room was very small and tight even for two people. The staff was helpful but the check-in process was to be less desired.”

“I like that the property has everything we needed, from the kitchen to the the washing machine that is available to use. I like that the property is clean. We could use hand towel and face towel which were not avaliable.”
