“There were several issues. To resolve these, one has to communicate by email with the "Support Team". There is no on-site reception or support staff. Almost every time with over 30 emails, the response came from a different person who paid no attention to the earlier emails. As a result, response was very slow (several days), or no response at all.”

Value for price indeed. We loved it and will be back. Only miscommunication we had was on late check out but we resolved it.”

“The hotel am Domplatz is amazing. The location is ideal. We had a view of the Dom from our room. The location is also convenient to the main train station. We could walk to many of the sights of Linz. The Danube is nearby as well as access to public transportation. The included breakfast was excellent. Many Austrian treats and a hearty homemade meal. The nearby restaurants are excellent options for lunch and dinner.”
