“Fantastic place to stay!”

“Everything was great, except the temperature of the hotel! it was in the mid to high 30s. Even with the aircon on full and set to 18, the room was too hot to sleep in. This was particularly bad as i was attending an event that required a good nights rest! Hotels should focus on sleep and rest quality, the temperature was far to high. It was also confirmed by other guests at the time.”

“El hotel no esta mal, pero el servicio de aseo es más que pésimo en las habitaciones, el servicio de housekeeping es terrible las camareras solo entran y estiran las cobijas, no limpian el baño no limpian el piso y la loza q sumistran no la lavan. ”

“El desayuno muy malo , la imagen del hotel no es buena falta personal y no hay atención en el desayuno decepcionado y mucho ya no pienso coger más hoteles del grupo Accord mucho para los accionarios y poco para los clientes y las presentaciones ”
