“We were there for Hurricane Lowell and the hotel was fantastic. They provided 2 free charging station (which they powered with generators), ice water, coffee in the morning and breakfast, lunch and dinner (free of charge) for their guests. Resort was beautiful upon arrive before and after the hurricane.”

“We love this property! This is our second trip to Kauai and both times we stayed at this Marriott. The pools are saltwater and so relaxing to be in. We enjoyed the hot tub too. This property is located directly off Poipu Beach. Right down the beach you can see the turtles at sunset and the occasional monk seals. Many of the people who stay there are time share owners but we are not. We basically had a nice hotel room. The reasoning for the 4 stars was our AC. We had maintenance come in on 4...

“Servicio de limpieza solo una vez durante la estadía de 4 noches. Pedimos toallas en dos ocasiones y nunca fueron entregadas. Hasta cuando van a seguir usando Covid para no limpiar las habitaciones todos los días? Propiedad es fantastica, muy bien mantenida. No justifica pagar un precio tan slto por noche y no tener todos los servicios. Hawai es muy complicado para viajar en este momento. Rental car aceptan reservas y no tienen autos. Buena suerte para consiguir taxis ”

“READ BEFORE BOOKING: there is no AC and no ceiling fans. None. They have 3 portable fans that are less than great- you will be hot. We had to take cold showers before bed to sleep comfortably and we are both young. I can’t imagine booking this with someone who is elderly or very young children. We would sit in the car with the AC on at the end of the day because we didn’t want to sit in the muggy room- and we’re from Vegas.
