“Good location, but the rooms are completely different from the photos, the towels are very old, the guy in the lobby has a horrible attitude, there's no coffee maker or refrigerator, I disinfected the phone to make a call and the wipe came out brown because of how dirty it was, there's only one elevator, the only redeeming feature is the gentleman who helps you with your luggage.”

“The didnt find my reservation”

“I was very pleased with my stay there. I checked in after midnight and the guy at the desk was very helpful, he even lend me some local currency so I buy a snack. I told him I wanted to upgrade my room and he was kind enough to show me some of the available rooms for me to choose from. The rooms are separate from reception, giving you more privacy. Breakfast was included and it was from 9 to 11. I only had it once and this woman asked me whether I wanted boiled eggs or omelette, to which I...

“Yes”

“We were a group of 8 who rented the apartment for 5 days. Upon arrival, it was clear that the apartment had just been thoroughly cleaned. The apartment was the perfect choice for us while exploring Cairo. It is centrally located, with most sights just a short distance away. There is an ATM and shops just a few meters from the main entrance. The apartment itself was very spacious, featuring 4 good-sized bedrooms and a very large living room. Our host, Ms. Nagwa, was exceptional. She was very...

“I like the location, I don’t like there is no air conditioner in the living and dining areas also there is one and a half bathroom and that cause bathroom line the elevator is not working properly sometimes”

“We were promised two king beds and two twin beds but actual was one king bed, one single and one twin. Toilet hose and bath hose leaking. Curtains and floor are filthy. Lift got stuck as there was no clear instructions of not more than 3 people at a time. Lift didn’t work and have to manually climb the stairs and get down with all our luggages. Property address and actual address are different which made us to wander for half hour to locate the property. We found the hotel to be Joy Hotels...
