Once in the lobby it is very impressive. It appears that the driving ramp to the lobby level is under renovation so one has to enter one floor below which is not impressive. Staff and services are high quality. We did not go to any of the restaurants in the hotel. Zaza restaurant across the street on the banks of the Nile had great food.

What a great hotel. The service, the food, the staff, the spa. Everything was amazing!! Everyone working there take really good care of you. We tried all the restaurants and all of them offer amazing food. Saigon was really special for us, with Melve working there, giving us the best service and recommendations. Thank you Melve ☺️ and thank you for the candle. 🙏 The Rooms, the breakfast and a very very clean and nice hotel.

Fairmont is located right across from the Nile. It has a small shopping mall attached to the hotel within which there is a 24 hour pharmacy. The hotel itself has several good quality restaurants and bars. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room service is outstanding.
