“Located right in the middle of town, we stayed in Kinnoul, larger than anticipated the two floors were wonderfully clean and modern, couldn't have been better. Lovely kitchen area with everything, apart from tea towels so we had to use the hand towel. Some reviews say there is noise but we must have been lucky, maybe neighbouring apartments were uninhabited during our stay, whole place was silent, apart from town clock chiming every quarter hour, which didnt bother us and wasn't through the...

“Nice house with a welcoming host. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a bathroom and shower. The bed was nice and there was a fridge in the room which is always a nice addition. The location itself was very close walking distance to the city centre about 10 minutes and the host provided a map and restaurant suggestions. We had a great stay and will go back if ever in Perth again.”

“Chose this hotel as a one night stopover on our way up to our next destination and it was so lovely we wished we were staying another night. The hosts were so lovely and welcoming and breakfast was excellent. Our room was beautiful and we peeked into other vacant rooms which had their doors open and they were equally good. “A well designed studio flat with lovely touches, a comfy bed and a good shower. There was a kitchenette with minimal facilities - just enough to do breakfast and microwave the leftover food we had brought with us. (Note there are steep narrow stairs into the flat) Great location near Aberfeldy and Loch Tay, we enjoyed exploring the beautiful scenery in the area. Also, there are some restaurant options and a Coop, a short drive away in Aberfeldy. We would stay here again. ”
