“The floors of the property were like walking in the woods. Sooooo much dirt”

“Condo was clean, spacious & we got a great deal on the room. Check in was easy, communication was great. Liked that it was a secure property & we had fast help with our two issues (TV volume would not come on-maintenance came immediately even though it was 7pm), and my elderly mother in law needed a thicker mattress pad which they brought shortly after requested.”

“Exelente”

“The view is spectacular and the location was convenient. However, this is a three star hotel and not a luxury resort. The furnishings were bare bones and some items needed repair.”

“LEGACY CONDO REVIEW Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo was spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the ceiling fans and tvs in each of the bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable. The rugs in the condo were very dirty and we were washing our feet often to keep clean. Unfortunately we were able to hear every footstep of the tenants above us due to extremely creaky floors. Their bathroom fans echoed in our room as well. The only quiet time we experienced was from midnight to 6:45am when the...

“We paid in full through Expedia when we booked; however, the property charged us additional resort fees at check in. It doubled the price we paid. The amenities are located at the other property and not within walking distance. The ice machine was broken. I will never stay here again.”

“The owner of this particular unit H2 had not changed the air conditioning air filter in a very long time as it was filthy covered in hair and dirt in the air was obviously difficult to breathe in the unit itself. I called the service number they said they would bring out a new filter and never did even though I reminded them several times so we bought a new filter and replaced it ourselves at our own expense. Unhappy”

“Very worth it! Only issue I had was the check in process. I didn’t receive an email with the code but was able to get a hold of the host quickly and got it figured it out. The website for the resort was in another language which is weird as well. But over all a good experience ”

“The room was clean, the property was relatively close to all the things we did.”

“The condo was so cute. It was so comfy and fit all our needs. My one compliant was the in the bed with the jetted tub the shower heads pressure was weak. But other then that it was great”

“The place was clean, spacious and beautiful. The unit we were given was a basement unit, my 80 year old father doesn’t do stairs well so I had asked when booking if we could be put on the first floor, going up and down the stairs was not ideal for him. The people above us were extremely loud and noisy til way after quiet hours. The beds were pretty comfortable but the mattress in the master bedroom was lopsided and the pillows were somewhat flat and lumpy.”
