“The bathroom towel bad conditions . Bed sheet and duvet not in good conditions many holes and it's not white colour . Already infrom the receptionist before I check out and write a note at room desk.”

“Prachtige ligging, Wel wat verder van het centrum af. Mooie familiekamer, lakens waren niet allemaal even schoon, en praktische dingen zoals wat extra haakjes om handdoeken op te haken waren makkelijk geweest. De zwembadhandoeken hebben de langste tijd gehad. Evenals de toiletbrillen in de vrij toegankelijke ruimtes. Ontbijt is prima, maar sommige gerechten hadden wel wat warmer gemogen. Personeel daarentegen is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.”

“The breakfast was great, and the staff, particularly Miss Asti, were extremely friendly and helpful. However, the housekeeping staff could use some additional training. On occasion, they would forget to restock the toilet paper, forcing us to request some from the reception desk. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The location was also convenient.”

“It’s a super hotel as all Citadines are around the region if I had to have a moan it’s that there can be some traffic noise but it doesn’t affect a good nights sleep
And there always seems to be flies buzzing around the room maybe mosquitos I’m guessing the staff air the room before each guest ‘ but that seems to let in a few flies
My second stay here and both times the safe is locked !! I know you can call down and get it unlocked but other properties will insist the safe is open on leaving...

“I enjoyed my stay here. Clean room, well maintained property and great location. The best part was the friendly staff. The breakfast was a 4 out 5, just adequate foe the day's need. I would definitely return.”
