Hoteles de 4 estrellas en Batam Central

“The team on the beach for the water sports was very kind and helpful.”

“Disappointing shuttle service Before arrival, I messaged the hotel several times to request pickup from the Batam ferry terminal, as the hotel advertised a complimentary pickup, but never received a response. We also requested the complimentary shuttle to the ferry terminal two days before departure, and the front desk acknowledged it. However, on the morning of departure, we discovered that no booking had actually been made. We also found out that the shuttle only goes to Harbour Bay Ferry...

“overall the room, staff and cleanliness are awesome. breakfast can do better. ”

“Got a free upgrade but in an internal window which has no sunlight”

“Amazing hotel and wonderful staff! This was our first time in Batam, and we really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. We had a great experience and would definitely stay again!”

“Amazing if you want peace and quiet. Note that there is no aircon in the living and dining room. Only bedrooms had AC. Would have been better if they provided chairs at the balcony. If you want to enjoy the balcony view, you’ll have to stand. Walk over to nearby Turi beach for a better pool and sandy beach. Stayed 3 nights, family.”

“Room very clean, staff very friendly, lobby feel welcome & very nice smell. If go to batam again, for sure i will choose this hotel for my accommodation.”

“The hotel is fine for staying in but it needs some love and attention. Some investment and a refurbishment would be welcome, the staff were all great, so no complaints there. Just needs a face lift.”

“Decent stay at four points batam, close enough to nagoya mall, habour bay and grand batam mall. Nice security and staff. Breakfast nothing to shout about, but nearby market could be a deal breaker.”

“Location: only 5minutes from ferry terminal Resort: Staff super friendly and helpful. Like the vibe on the resort and I feel very relax staying here. Restaurant: food is nice and the waitress also very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back again!”
