“The hotel is fine,.. service could improve in the lobby where waiters don’t come to you at times ever. But more importantly the reason I booked was because I was told shuttles ran back and forth to gstaad which was a service I was told existed to encourage me to book and that was not the case as hotel us just outside town. taxis took long to arrive and it was at times frustrating to see the hotel shuttle unused and not available to move guests to and from town Breakfast was the best part ”

“Cómoda habitación en la zona nueva del spa. Las habitaciónes del edificio principal no las conocí. El spa es muy pequeño pero gratuito. Las termas grandes del pueblo merecen la pena una visita, tanto las más relajantes de alpentherm como las más lúdicas de burgerbad. Lo peor del hotel es llegar un domingo y no tener a nadie con el que te puedas entender porque la persona que dejan es la encargada del spa y no habla nada inglés.
