“The corridor smelled like bathroom and in the corridor as well, dirty clothes were in the floor for hours”

“The hotel overall was really nice and very modern. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The reason I’m giving this hotel a low rating has more to do with its location and accessibility. If you don’t have a car, I would not really recommend staying here. “Todo muy bien ”

“Buen precio y ubicación, hacia algo de calor y no tenía aire acondicionado. ”

“The staff was friendly and helpful The hotel is clean and comfortable - with a very good breakfast buffet. Convenient to the Milan Malpensa airport. We chose the hotel because staying in the city of Milan is not easy with the crowds, traffic, AND DIFFICLUT PARKING. We made a great choice and highly recommend this hotel!”

“What starts badly ends badly. The reception staff were quite rude, and the duty manager, Carolina, is unpleasant. My experience at the hotel was awful; I didn't feel comfortable from the first moment until the very end. The most tragic thing is that on my last day, the toilet wasn't working. A bathrobe would have been appreciated. The quality-to-service ratio is quite mediocre. The best things about the hotel are the outdoor areas, the pool, and the breakfast!”

“Love the place! Staff was always distracted and were not very helpful. But I would for sure return”
