The Palace is a great up scale hotel with a prime location directly across from the Lake and central to the historic old town! My room had a large window with an unobstructed view of the lake and lake front activity! The buffet breakfast was very nice too with lots of options! Lots of close by restaurants and shops! I recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay at hotel. Great location, with helpful and kind staff. The place and rooms were tidy. There were lots of areas where you could relax and lounge. Also plenty of breakfast options. It's so close to amenities - train station, bus stop, ferry port, restaurants, bars and beautiful scenery within minutes from the place.

The hotel is a typical European style hotel its very dated, the staff is very friendly the breakfast was decent. The location is amazing. The garden restaurant was very romantic. There is an beautiful entrance at front of the hotel that had a very rude maintenance man who probably shouldn’t deal with the people

The hotel was beautiful and the best location. Our room was supposed to have a lake view which it had however there was a huge tree that blocked almost all the view of the lake. I wish the hotel had a pool. The breakfast was outstanding. Lots of varieties. Overall I would recommend it. The only thing I wish it had was a swimming pool.

This Hotel is located perfectly. One of the most comfortable Hotel rooms I have been in, and I have traveled the world. The staff were extremely helpful, breakfast had a variety for everyone and was delicious. When I come back to Lake Como I will definitely stay here.

On the whole a great hotel, super location and the reception staff were amazing. My only problem was accessibility for a partially disabled elderly mother. The bar was difficult to access and it wasn’t until the last day that one kind member of staff showed her a step free route to her room. The other bar staff did not help and a few clearly were not -disability friendly. So I would recommend the hotel for everything apart from this factor.
