“The AC was leaking. I told reception and they never repaired it. My room had a terrible smell and there was no AC in common areas. The hotel is old and in bad conditions. ”

“Gran hotel para hospedarse junto al aeropuerto. La zona del spa es maravillosa, te ofrecen bañador, toalla y chanclas. Buen restaurante y desayuno buffet muy completo. Personal muy amable. Usamos el servicio de transfer al aeropuerto, la primera vez muy rápida la comunicación, otra de ellas me costó conseguir que me confirmaran el servicio. Tuve que contactar con cuatro personas diferentes, aunque finalmente no hubo problemas. ”
