“great customer service”

“Hotel decepcionante. A primera vista parece un hotel más que correcto, habitación amplia, moderna y acogedora pero cuando uno se empieza a fijar en los detalles la cosa cambia. Falta de limpieza por todas partes, mucho polvo acumulado debajo de la cama desde hace mucho tiempo, sabanas viejas y aparentemente limpias pero los cojines decorativos están llenos de manchas poco agradables, lámparas en mal estado de conservación y muy sucias, ducha poco higiénica, papeleras con manchas y oxidadas... En...

“Unhygienic room”

“We checked in the room. Staff were not helped our take our luggages to our room. The bath room was very bad with water leakage from ceiling, water accumulating on the bath room floor. I complaint for this then they change to another room. Another room entrance without light again complaint then theu chsnge tje bulb. Bath room pipes having only hot water then complaint the staff came and repaired after only cold water was available. The total stay was horrible. The room was with old furniture's. ”

“Un buen hotel con excelentes habitaciones con balcón. El personal, muy bien. El restaurante, estupendo, aunque no tienen cerveza. Excelente desayuno.”

“It's the era of EVs so it's mandate that we maintain dedicated ev charging station and not let ICE cars park in EV zones we ended up spending 2 hours running around the parking area to get the ICE cars removed and 2 out of 3 charging stations were not functioning!! What kind of maintenance is this?? When asked staff responds that not many EVs visit our property...please consider having separate parking just for EVs since you have acres of land in the property also have more security staff to...
