We stayed here during a 2-day visit to Mysuru. The hotel was centrally located to the main attractions. The property was well-maintained and had lots of amenities such as restaurant and spa within the premises. We had booked the garden suite and it was very comfortable for our family of 4. I highly recommend this place for travelers looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Even though the hotel seems dated, it does have a certain appealing charm which we enjoyed. You don’t often get to stay in the palace. Staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. I would definitely come back to this location if I’m ever back in Mysore.

Food was not great and they need to improve - brunch food was not hot at all and fresh. chicket meat was hard, sausage not fresh, fish was not freshly cooked -was rubbery, so they need to improve food big time to continue get customers to stay - no value for money in food.

Great hardware and poor software

Good property close to the Mysore palace. Clean rooms. Good breakfast spread. Very good food. But slow service at the restaurant. Service staff moving around and have to really work hard to attract their attention. And front office staff not exactly the epitome of friendly service. They do their job. That’s about it.
