“The location of the property was great. Place was clean and the pool was nice. However, the quality of the place felt cheaply made. The most annoying thing was the hot water issue. We had to run the hot water for 15 min to even get it warm and then it went tepid after only a few minutes. They mentioned it being a possible issue during peak hours, but there’s no reason this should occur at 4:30 in the morning. Unless you like cold showers, I would not recommend staying here.”

“Overall, the size of the apartment was adequate. The issue we had is that there was a leak in one of the bedrooms. Maintenance arrived and was unable to solve the leak, so they just put a bucket underneath it. After calling the support line, they were unable to relocate us to another apartment. Therefore, we had to go cash out-of-pocket to find a separate hotel room. We are still awaiting feedback from the property on a refund after alerting them of this issue six days ago.
