“Incredible experience! Arriving at the hotel makes you feel calm. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to communicate well, but all the staff speak English, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that some of them even knew a bit of Spanish! The food was delicious, both at the restaurant and at the café. The room had a spectacular view, and you truly feel at peace. Everyone is very kind, and everything is very clean.”

The building's carpet was quite old, and there were many signs reminding guests not to smoke, which suggests that smoking may have been an issue in the past. “I had to book this hotel otherwise we will sleep at street at mid night. Expedia gave us scammer property at our original booking. No way check in and no way to reach them. Customer service took us almost two hours on phone to wait and then told us no way to check in and no way give us new hotel. Totally unacceptable! I had severe cold fever with two young kids stay outside street like homeless at 11:30 pm. I choose the hotel which is closer to us and there is late check . Total ruined my full...
