Located central in (new) Jeju, everything is easy to reach. A Bus stop with Buses going to the Airport & (old) Jeju is directly in front of the hotel. The breakfast buffet is big and very delicious. The rooms were as expected: Tidy & modern.

Service and cleanliness were acceptable and the area is generally quiet enough at night for a light sleeper like myself. However, a major minus is the unreliable air conditioning. Throughout our stay, the a/c could only reach the lowest temperature of 23.5 C. The a/c was also very weak, even at the highest fan setting, resulting in a stuffy room. Additionally, I would get woken up at 4-5am in the morning every day because the room got too warm (even without covers on my body). I had to turn off the a/c and turn it on again — this sort of reset it and allowed for production of cool air. We contacted the front desk and requested for someone to look at the a/c as we felt that maintenance might solve the issue. However, the staff merely sent up a stand fan which didn’t really help. They didn’t send anyone to our room to inspect or do maintenance.
