“The hotel is literally beside (next door) the Batam Centre ferry terminal, so it was very convenient for us. And Mega Mall is just opposite the hotel. It is also very easy and convenient to go places with GrabCar. We enjoyed our stay at Harris Hotel Batam Centre (first time in a hotel with bolsters which help with good sleep 😅) and the good service and hospitality of its staff. We will not hesitate to stay here again. ”

“Staff were great! Exceptional service! Pool was right infront of the dining restaurant / checkin counter so a little strange placement there due to lack of privacy. Its a secluded resort so theres no shopping options but if youre opting to come here for a getaway, its worth it! Buggy service is available to take you between Angsana & Banyan Tree as well - theyre all under the same Banyan Group umbrella so its shared facilities! “We had very nice, spacious room directly at the beach. Everybody was very friendly and attentive, good selection for breakfast, one night we enjoyed the tepanaki located in the hotel. We also liked the pool area, there are 2 pools available and we had no problem finding a place in the shadow. Bed and pillows good, air condition quiet, also a fan is available. “Simple and hassle free getaway for 3D2N. Do nothing but eat sleep and play. The games are mostly for 7 yrs and above. Nothing much for younger children or toddlers. Relaxing for parents, bring toys and prepare food for picky kids.”
