As much as I want to like the hotel, it had failed me in some areas. The place needs a total revamp. Firstly, the rooms facing the road must be soundproofed. It's just too noisy. The bath and hand towels are no longer white but grey. I feel anxious using them. The shower curtains were torn and water from the shower leaks onto the floor. I do like the passageway going round the garden, very old-school. The breakfast spread is fantastic.

Great service staff

Room is spacious and bed is comfortable for a good night rest. Service staff at the concierge is all friendly. Staff at the breakfast buffet is also very proactive whenever we ordered food at the love stations and even at the coffee and tea. We were served with smiles and politeness which we truly appreciate. The only downside that I have would be the toilet shower drainage. We are a group of 4, sharing a shower space. The drainage could not drain out the water fast and cause a blockage after the first person is done showering. Water pressure of the bathtub shower is also slow. Otherwise, all the we truly enjoy and make our stay better is the service from all the staff. Thank you! Will come back again with my family and friends.

Aircon noisy. Room condition average, bit old. Only bathtub available, not convenient for elderly to stand in to bath as no seperate shower facility in King size masteroom. Breakfast repeated items mostly but wide variety. Some staff were very polite, one or two were rude. Overall ok for family. Non smoking floors and rooms, fantastic.

An average hotel at afforadable rate

Hotel hardware is a bit old but acceptable at this afforable rate. Breakfast is a good spread especially during weekend. Very near harbor bay ferry terminal. Hotel provide free shuttle. Staff were very friendly and service was excellent. Esp Ms Wani.
