“Worst hotel Ever!! For 250 Usd you would expect a pretty decent hotel! This was far from it. Doesnt even have a restaurant!! The staff was very unwilling to help out on anything. I have never complained about hotels, but for the Price i paid and being a mercure which is not bad honestly i expected a lot more and our stay was super poor. Glad we only stayed one night”

“Have stayed at this propert ample times & always clean & staff are always helpful.”

“The property was situated near the rail for our day trip to the blue mountains, also near the shopping centre and the most delightful patisserie cafe. The room was exceptionally clean, quiet and i loved the Morr toiletries. Thank you to the lovely staff who were pleasant and professional.”

“Terrible staff, non-existent customer service, tried to rip me off, terrible architecture and design, over-priced to hell. Another terrible Australian business who knows nothing about customer service in 2026.”

“EVerything you need. Perfect for eastern creek raceway”

“Convenience for our stay. Staff were great.”

“First of all id like to thank the hotel for checking us in eventhough we had passed checkin time (because of flight delay). The space of an apartment, the perks of hotel giving us the perfect balance of independence and hotel service. We felt completely private while still having staff around. We enjoyed every bit of our stay as It was like Home away from home. Thank you Apx Apartments.”
