“There is a new trend in hotel design worldwide which this hotel follows and it needs to stop. Not having proper walls and doors in bathrooms within the room. There is no privacy since the walls are now made of cristal so all the bedroom is illuminated by the bathroom, and the doors don't shot so noise and smell flow into the bedroom effortlessly. There is no way of going into the bathroom and not waking up other people in the room. It's a nightmare when traveling with friends and work...

“por tratarse de un hotel Hyatt, status, tarifa, debiera contar con wi fi sin cargo en la habitacion, durante mi estadia tuve que ir al lounge del primer piso para poder tener wi fi la que tuve que preabonar por tiempo a consumir, creo que es un detalle a solucionar.”

Por decir algo negativo es la situación que está en lo alto de la montaña y la recepción está también por arriba y cuesta subir y bajar con las maletas . Para ir al pueblo mejor con coche.”

“Loved our stay here. Beautiful view of the ocean with the jagged mountains to the left and Mossel Bay to the right. Thoughtful owners gave a quick and efficient tour of the facilities, and made themselves available to provide breakfast in the morning. Modern facilities, especially bathroom very nice. The location is a 15-min drive away from Mossel bay, but the roads are good and it's convenient to get into the town for dinner. Would be happy to come back here.”
