“No lift to suites. (3 floors) honestly I was disappointed for the money spend. Chips off the sink in the Hellaby suite and lots of small things missing.”

“Room was clean and comfortable but starting to show signs of needing attention (worn through couch covers, split pillow case) the TV didnt want to turn on and there has been a downgrade in the bathroom amenities from the baylis & harding i loved. Parking was plentiful”

“Another amazing stay at Ye Old bell ❤️”

“Pleasant staff. Good parking Clean room”

“Excellent all round food and accommodation”

“The hotel rooms are very dated and the parking at the hotel isn’t free”

“Comfortable room. Excellent food in restaurant. Staff friendly and helpful”

“I had liver and onions for evening meal. It was over cooked as the liver was crumbling as I ate it. The bed was uncomfortable ..mattress was cheap and the bed wobbled every time you moved keeping my wife awake as I moved in the night. Sue, manager was brilliant , very attentive and polite.”

“Clear check in instructions, room was neat clean and comfortable.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our night at Cleatham Hall. Very pleasant older house with all modern conveniences.”

“It is a charming place, it is dated but that adds to the charm. The hosts are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. Very good value for money and a lovely location”

“Gorgeous property in a fabulous little village with a pub serving food and a village store. Super comfy bed with a lovely big room and spotless bathroom. Fantastic breakfast choices with everything locally sourced or homemade ... perfection! Did I mention Tony's delicious lemon drizzle cake?!”

“Loved this place. Peaceful, clean, decorated with love, very well equipped, super comfy bed.”

“Beautifully designed and decorated. Perfect spot on outskirts of sheffield - would definitely stay again. Only reasons for 4 start over 5 are small areas for improvement: Little more attention to detail on cleaning needed - dirty used tray in oven/ food debris in cutlery tray. Would also appreciate communication re access to property being sent a little sooner, was worried it wouldn't be sent.”
