“While this hotel is a bit of a drive into downtown Lake Geneva, it's my go-to for when we visit, as it's only about 5 minutes away. The saltwater pools, hot tubs, sauna, and steam room are great. There is a shuttle service that can take you to a putting green or other golfing at another resort that's a part of the collection. I appreciate that for this stay I requested a room close to the pool and it was honored.”

“Excellent property to stay at, very quite and relaxing. We stay here out of the summer season but there is still plenty to do. There is a coffe shop within a stones throw of this property. While in season, there is an ice cream shop and chocolate shop right under you. This will probably bring more noise to your stay in the summer season but most things quite down by 8 PM around this property. ”

“It was a great place to take the grandkids for a few days. The weather wasn't cooperating, but the amount of games in the house was a saving grace!!! The pool at the Recreation center was great and the kiddos had a ball! The reason I gave it a 4 is Abbey Springs did not have our reservation and It took over an hour to check in Also we could not get the heat to work and whenever we called Grand Welcome we were put on hold without a call back.”
