“Room was clean. But, a used bar soap was left in the shower and no bath mat was left. They did bring one when we requested it. Also when we reported that the coffee maker was leaking, they replaced it but never informed us. We could not tell because the coffee and supplies were never replaced and put in a neat order. They also did this when we asked. We shouldn’t have had to ask!”

At checkout, I raised this issue and was told a manager would contact me; it has been one week without any response.”

We will stay there again,...
