“The hotel facilities are good. Bed is comfy, breakfast is nice. However I was attending a conference and had a parcel delivered 3 days in advance which was received by a staff member. When asking for it, they never found it. I was chasing the staff as i had to basically tell her how to proceed (contact the employee who signed up for the package and track it down, simple!). “Stayed in the pod with en-suite for one night after visiting the NEC. Location was great with just a short and quick journey back from the NEC avoiding all the traffic. We arrived by 6pm so checked in at reception with the key to our pod handed over. Pod was small but functional and adequate for the night which we found to be warm and cosy.
