“The hotel was decent overall, although it was not quite as pictured online. The biggest issue was the elevator situation. The elevators were always extremely crowded, and we often waited 20–30 minutes just to get an elevator, especially during busy times. I understand this may be a common situation in China, or perhaps this particular building simply does not have enough elevators for the number of guests and residents, but it was definitely frustrating.
