The hotel was decent overall, although it was not quite as pictured online. The biggest issue was the elevator situation. The elevators were always extremely crowded, and we often waited 20–30 minutes just to get an elevator, especially during busy times. I understand this may be a common situation in China, or perhaps this particular building simply does not have enough elevators for the number of guests and residents, but it was definitely frustrating. The cleaning service was also disappointing. The cleaning lady was extremely rude, although she did an okay job cleaning the room. The one area that truly deserves 5 stars is the front desk team. Their communication and customer service were excellent. They were friendly, responsive, and helpful whenever we needed assistance. Overall, the hotel was decent, but the elevator situation and housekeeping experience definitely took away from the stay. The front desk staff, however, were outstanding.

Spacious room, lots of local foods around the hotel. Good place for those want to experience more local vibe. Check in lobby located at basement 2 of the building, once reach basement 2(B2) turn right you will see a gate to car park. Then turn right and walk for about 15 metres you will see the check in lobby.

What's remarkable of this accommodation is the customer service. They were super responsive and attentive, nice and always willing to help, and that's what made my stay somehow pleasant. The place is more like a room for short term stays within a big, 40-stories-tall apartment building, so the guest have to share the premises with many permanent residents, so even finding room in the elevators can become an issue. The room itself looked old, and the pictures displayed in the ad have nothing to do with what you actually get. I'd say this is a place for staying one or two nights and not for leisure nor for relaxing.
