“No hot water for entire stay. Staff were told but did nothing to help”

“Terrible el proceso de check in y check out.

“We recently stayed at the Ibis Calangute while in Goa for some very sad family business, and I cannot speak highly enough of the hotel and its staff. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible during a difficult time. The standards set by the manager were clearly very high. He regularly took the time to greet us personally and check that everything was okay, and the team he led followed his example with warmth,...

“Clean room, good staff”

“Clean and neat place in north Goa. Perfect for families with kids”

“Clean, nice night staff”

“Good location for beach. Staff were helpful. Food in their restaurant was very good. Good breakfast options. AC in room was ok at best the ceiling fan needed to be on to cope with heat. Not perfect but good value”

“good”

“Clean property and really helpful friendly staff; great central location near airport. the breakfast spread was really good too”

“Poor customer service it’s not spacious room no storage”

“Property need refurb ………. Bathroom was leaking …. Room No 315 ……. Power cut offf at night ….. takes time for them to turn on Generator”

“2 minutes walk ”
