“The place is beautiful, and the sights are amazing. I especially loved the incredible view of the volcano. However, what I didn’t like was the bathroom. The electrical box is placed in a location where, every time we take a shower, the handle gives us an electric shock. This is very concerning and should be addressed for the safety of the guests. “Excelente. Volvería a ir.

“the first room we were given was dirty and had cockroaches. The second room they moved us to the sink was full of ants. I refused to stay at the property and they refused to give me my money back. Spend the extra money and go to a clean bug free hotel.”
