The property was ok, the amenities were great, the pool was clean and the bar and outdoor cafe was nice, and the food was very good. The personnel were very nice and attentive. The drawbacks were the property is a little dated, the water pressure is a little low, some minor cosmetic improvements and a little TLC could make this place very nice. Special recognition to Mr Kiro (hope I spelled his name correctly) at the bar. Kept our drinks full and presented all our food orders.

My friend and I got the all-inclusive for food and drink, as well as taking surfing lessons, and the shuttle back. Our rooms were clean, bathroom was really large, especially the shower. There were many bugs, birds, lizards, etc. which was fun! The food is good, breakfast is a large portion while lunch and dinner can be a little smaller. The bar was amazing, especially our server Ciaro, he absolutely made our stay. All the staff were incredibly nice, and patient with our lack of understanding or speaking Spanish. The surfing lessons were a little pricey compared to other experiences we had in Nicaragua. I’d probably look for something a little more budget friendly next time! The shuttle to the airport was great, a little late but nothing crazy, just ensure you don’t have a tight deadline! Overall, really enjoyed our time.

This hotel is tucked away from the town but feels like a little resort. The wading pool was refreshing with views of monkeys above in the trees. The food was quite good.

Not the hotels fault, but that road leading to the hotel sucks it’s really bad and i was in a pickup truck . Very bumpy and wild. Not fun at all . Hotel is 2 stars at best. However staff was great 5 stars to them , very attentive and courteous . They did the best they could to make us happy and that made a big difference .

Note: it is far from the beach. You will need a taxi to take you to and from the beach. Which is around $20 round trip. All the restaurants and stores are at the beach. BUT other than that, the resort is amazing. I’d say spend a day at the beach because that’s all you really need. The resort has a nice pool, bar, skatepark, gym and restaurant. The room is comfortable. Nice shower, cozy bed. AC. No bugs or dirt.

I will be very objective. Room was ok. Beds were comfortable and clean. Shower and sink barely water coming out. I had to ask for maintenance to come and check it out. They did their best: very run down it seems like ut was a wonderful property back in the day but it felt like was totally abandoned. Staff looked unhappy. They never greeted us. I had to keep asking how are you.!! Breakfast was ok but felt understaffed and overwhelmed.

I don’t think I’ve ever given a 1 start but we had a bad experience on pretty much everything, the staff were fairly nice, but the pool was green/dirty, the bathroom sink was falling apart and it only had hot water. The shower faucet only had cold water. The floor was dirty by the night stand. No mini fridge, no phone to connect to reception. The AC unit made a noise like it was gonna break, the balcony was dirty, Reception opened at 8am. Breakfast was at 8 am which was a little late for me. And no outside food allowed. I have a toddler and was really looking forward to the pool area but unable to use it. Very unhappy with this stay. Even for check out there was no receptionist to take the key. Had to leave it with a security guy because I had to leave (plane to catch).

This was hands down the worst experience I’ve had at a property . To start when we got there we were told no outside food or drink was allowed in the property because we need to buy there food and drinks like wth I can’t bring left overs weird then walking towards the room everything was turned off and it was a ghost town water slides off infants water park off rock climbing nothing no amenities were activity or able to be used I kept walking towards the room . Getting to the room AC didn’t work TV didn’t work windows wouldn’t open outlets were in bad shape just in super bad shape . Changed rooms after complaining went into a different room AC was still bad but there was a ceiling fan so decided to stay there but had major issues in the bathroom . Water would cut in and out such a low stream coming from the shower head could enjoy a shower could barely take one then when we turn it off it wouldn’t shut off . After a few hours of constant water dripping my wife was able to turn it in a matter that closed the value . Next morning when we were trying to leave we had breakfast which was bad tiny omelette with burnt toast and a small cup of fruit 10 bucks eh . 30 dollars for 3 plates with about 4 dollars worth of food on it . Back to the shower now the shower head still very weak when to front desk again they sent a Maintence guy who said it might be cloaked let me come take it and clean it he came took it off never came back took showers with weak stream no shower head . Bad
