Überall im Zimmer hängen Elektro- und TV-Kabel herum bzw. sind lieblos verlegt und es wirkt einfach ungemütlich. Im gebuchten Vierbettzimmer (2 Doppelbetten) war nur ein Bett bezogen. Aus welchen Gründen war nicht herauszubekommen, es empfand aber auch niemand als fehlerhaft. 2 Personen brauchen halt nur ein Bett, fertig. “The hotel is nice but I had a terrible experience as a customer. I had a reservation from 22/02 until 24/02. I had to arrive late at the hotel due to personal reasons and I had not seen that I had to call in advance so that they can prepare a late arrival. The check-in time limit was 18:00 and I called them around 21:30 to ask if the restaurant was still open, and to my surprise they told me that not only the restaurant was closed, but so was the hotel. “Sehr schönes Zimmer, allerdings wurde die Dusche war die Dusche auch nach mehr als einer Minute noch kalt. Die Antwort des Chefs war, es sei ein selten genutztes Zimmer, das könne schon mal so sein. Da frage ich mich, wie das mit der Legionellenprävention laufen soll.. nach der Antwort habe ich es nicht nochmal versucht und im Schwimmbad geduscht. Schade, ansonsten ein sehr gutes Hotel mit leckerem Frühstück und mehr als zuvorkommendem Personal. ”
