“Horrible stay. Pictures showed a room with 2 queen beds and all there was was 1 full size bed. The place was nasty. The lights did not work. Expedia customer service was no help. Got taken to the cleaners and paid $310 for the room. Called Expedia to get a refund and the would not help. I will think twice about using Expedia again. Don’t stay here!! Terrible customer service.”

“The Bradstan is an EXPERIENCE! Not only is the hotel beyond beautiful, it’s impeccably clean, the staff is incredibly kind and helpful, the grounds are beautiful and the facilities are fantastic! They have thought of everything from beautiful fireplaces and sitting areas all the way to toiletry items and bath robes. The breakfast was complimentary so I had mid expectations but I was wrong!
