Hoteles de 3 estrellas en Mandalong

“Good to be able to stay in Gosford on a reduced nightly tariff from the motels. Shared bathrooms are all well appointed, recently renovated. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Good food in the hotel. Amazing old elevator. Very easy place to stay. All very good, except for phone contact numbers - mobile provides no contact with advice to ring 000 if have an emergency then shuts off, landline goes to AI assistant which says will pass issue onto a staff member for them to contact you but it...

“We booked a queen deluxe room for one night. Picked up the room keys in the afternoon but didn’t go to the room straight away as we had a function to go to. On arriving back later that evening on opening the room we were quickly disappointed. Generally the room was quite dusty and felt dirty. The curtains need replacing and were not hanging correctly. The TV remote didn’t work and the back of the air conditioners remote was missing. In the bathroom there was old soap in the soap dish, no hair...

“Lubly”

“I didnt like not having a parking spot when i arrived late at night , then parked in the street then worried about my expensive staff in my car so i brought it back in the carpark but i could only park in the disabled .”

“I’ve had two stays here over the last two weeks. On both occasions, for the most part everything was great. My only disappointment, was has greasy/slippery the bathroom floor was in room 5, and the amount of dirt at the bottom of the shower floor in room 6. The toilet also need a good clean. That aside, I was very happy with my stay. Good parking, lovely room, coffee van right outside, great location, friendly staff.”

“More lighting would be good particually over bathroim mirror. Shower door needs to completely close to stop water falling onto floor.”

“This place is a funny mix of nice and not. It's an old motel. The gardens are lovely. The pool is nice but not heated (had a swim but it was freezing on a hot day). The gym area is spacious but doesn't have any treadmills or rowing machines. The room was large and mostly clean and updated but feels dated. The tiled area at the entrance was dirty. The bathroom was modernised but smelled awful. The breakfast fridge was great. Noodles, yoghurt, cereal, fresh fruit, nut bars, flavoured milk,...

“It was okay for a night but i will not go back”

“We travelled with 2 kids under 2, we requested a cot thinking we would get a porta cot like we have in the past at other hotels. But to our surprise we had a proper solid cot which was perfect for our kids. Our room was so clean, bed was super comfy. Will definitely stay here again when we come back up.”

“I am extremely disappointed with my stay and would like to raise several concerns regarding the poor service and lack of basic standards at this property. Firstly, the receptionist was extremely rude and unwelcoming. The way guests were treated was unprofessional and made the overall experience unpleasant from the moment of arrival. Secondly, none of the facilities were available for use due to ongoing renovations. This information was not disclosed on the website or communicated to guests...
