“I expected a lot in this hotel because i book with the VIP access benefits. The staff didnt honor any benefits from VIP access even if I am the only guest in the resort. I was pretty disappointed coz I thought this hotel is exceptional coz it is part of the VIP access benefit. It states in my booking that upgrade is included upon availability but when I came they offered me the most boring room. “El hotel es muy bonito,las piscinas están muy bien,las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias. Tienen muy buen tamaño y las camas también son cómodas. El desayuno es bueno pero el personal no atiende bien,tienes que estar constantemente pidiendo que repongan la comida porque nadie está pendiente. En la recepción excepto un par de personas el resto no hace ni caso. Pero aún así lo recomiendo porque las instalaciones son muy buenas y está a 2 minutos del puerto.”
