“Hanalei es espectacular. El hotel es mas un airbnb "self-service" q un resort/hotel. No tiene AC y hay q sacar la basura personalmente y el servicio de limpieza es cada 3/4 dias. El hotel tiene mucho sabor local y hay areas que tienen unas vistas increíbles. No hay restaurante. Premium Ocenview resultó ser una habitación en la parte de atras ya que no era Oceanfront...definitivamente eso no lo esperaba. La pasamos muy bien y esta muy cerca de una playas espectaculares! ”

“The house is beautiful with nice furniture and a great outdoor space. But most people will want the negatives so here goes. The AC doesn’t keep up and is set at 69 degrees but the temp in the house especially upstairs stayed between 74-77. Too hot for me to sleep. “Great location, a lovely walk to the beach to see the turtles at night and for sunsets. We had issues with noisy neighbors, could not get the TV cable to work and the pillows were really awful. There were cockroaches in the kitchen at night, maybe that is to be expected but it caused us not use the kitchen much at all. We were pleased to get help with the shower, it is not very intuitive and could use replacing of the handle. The flashlights had not working batteries, so we walked back at night...

“The property itself was amazing and there are many updated units on the property which was built in the 70’s. Our unit which was larger so we could sleep 5 was very spacious and appears to be in a slow remodeling phase as we found a lot of lumber and pipes hidden in many dusty corners. Not the cleanest room upon arrival but definitely not worth me contacting anyone, which I never did. Everything was contactless and hassle free which we loved. “We had an incredible visit. However, the place was a bit outdated and the cleaners seemed to be rushed as we found fake eye lashes on the floor in the bathroom and pillows on the ground behind the couch. A clean window would have been awesome too--the view of the golf course was pretty wonderful:] If you need a dark room to sleep in, bring a mask! It gets bright in the Master, early. “Villa 40 is nice; however, it needs some repairs. The downstairs shower drain has a constant bad smell. The left sink drain is clogged for this bathroom and a smoke detector is missing from the downstairs Master Bedroom. My family and I were annoyed by the large kayak in the garage.
