“Che dire, cercavamo un posto dove dormire per una notte dato che ci trovavamo lì per un concerto. Abbiamo scelto Piz Ot perché ci ha colpito dalle immagine e per il prezzo. Non ci aspettavamo di trovare una struttura nuova, moderna, pulita ma soprattutto silenziosa e confortevole. Anche il parcheggio auto gradito subito dietro il palazzo. Che dire, se dovessi mai tornare da quelle parti non avrei dubbi su dove pernotare.”

“Buena ubicación, cerca de la ciudad y del supermercado. Igualmente es fácil llegar a la parada del bus. Nuestro desayuno fue en otro hotel porque no había mucha gente en la Pensión. Pero normalmente hay un pequeño lugar dedicado para desayunar ahí mismo. En general es muy acogedor y accesible.”

“This property charges hotel rates but operates much more like an Airbnb. Before arrival, I received an email stating that online check-in was required due to Austrian regulations. This appears to be misleading. The real reason seems to be that reception closes before many guests arrive, so you collect your key from a lockbox instead. Around 24 hours before checkout, I received a text asking what time I would be leaving. As I was busy and hadn't replied, they followed up with "???". I found this...

“ Greeting with Champagne and tour through hotel. Hotelroom nice and clean. Beds comfortable. Dinner that was included was a 5 course meal that was excellent. Breakfast buffet was also excellent. Worth a trip and stay. 35 minutes from Merano. We did not have children with us but great for families.”
