“The only reason for giving 2 star is that the bell boy, Sahil did everything possible in his means to help. We had booked two rooms in the hotel for a single night stay. Fortunately it was not any longer in this property. It was a disaster for both the rooms. The hotel lacks maintenance. The linen was dirty, and one of the rooms had no housekeeping done after previous occupiers moved out. The pillow cases were dirty and the bathrooms were dirty. We managed to get a new room in the same hotel,...

“Everything was great about it. The rooms were clean. Staff was great. I stay here every time I come to Shirdi. ”

“Room was not ready on time even we try to check in on night time.. waited for 40 min for room to get ready.. then air conditioning not working in room, bathroom was piece of junk.. no response from desk to fix air conditioning worst experience..after lot of request they change the room and new room also dont have air conditioning.. no hot water for shower in morning ..i would give even zero star..”
