“Motel in easy walking distance to town centre. The room was very hot, so had our windows open and seagulls were screaming from 2am The room was clean plenty of hot water. Bed too soft for our liking so didn’t sleep well. Our door didn’t seem to fit right so had to slam it shut and heard a few more being slammed.”

“Clean room but very dated Bed extremely uncomfortable Didn't sleep a wink due to bed and street lights outside of the bedroom Breakfast looked good but didnt eat it due to flies in the restaurant”

“Right in the middle of town. Walkable to everywhere you need to go. Staff were very friendly. Room was basic but had everything we needed or wanted! Kettle in the room was great for some tea. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Would def stay here again if I come back to Darlington”

“Overall a lovely stay. Our room was large, clean & comfortable with a balcony overlooking the front garden area. Good to have a fridge in the hot weather. We also appreciated the USB ports & other amenities. Comfortable armchairs & a comfotable bed, although the bedding was a little excessive for the hot weather - easy to remove the top layer though. The lovely bathroom was also a good size with a seperate bath & shower. Our only frustration was the early morning traffic noise - we had to open...
