“El personal es deplorable, son super groseros, cero amables. La habitacion no esta mal, pero no sale agua caliente despues de 20 minutos dejando el agua correr y el aire acondicionado esta en una muy mala posición que te enferma desde la primera noche. Todo el tiempo huele los pasillos a Marihuana. El restaurante es lo peor, el gerente nos solicitó consumir alimentos o que nos retiraramos, nos quejamos del servicio y su respuesta fue "si no te gusta, que hacen aquí?" No pierdas tu tiempo, mejor...

“La habitacion esta bien. Hay un puerto al lado que genera mucho ruido hasta bien avanzada la noche. Las ventanas son de graben y no aisla del sonido. Por otro lado el aire acondicionado es de ventana, muy ruidoso. Aunque para evitar el ruido lo desenchufes no lo consigues ya que el de al lado si que esta encendido provocando un ruido mas molesto todavia que incluso hace vibrar las paredes. Las instalaciones estan bien, el sitio cercano a sutios que visitar con coche. No hay vida para salir ya...

“El hotel es muy comodo para disfrutar de esta increible isla, si bien es verdad que no hay desayuno y que tampoco hay ducha para ducharte si el vuelo es muy tarde, a pesar de ello disfrutamos de una estanciabmuy agradable.”

“1. This is a privately owned unit 2417 within the resort and as such, the resort hands you key bracelets and you are on your own from there. No services from staff for your unit. 2. Upon arrival, the door to 2417 has the closer set much to tightly so it requires brute force to open and a shoulder to prevent slammed closures. 3. “Over all our stay was amazing. The view was breathtaking. Unit was clean. Was enough for just the two of us. Our unit did not have AC or central air. That is the only negative thing. I would definitely stay there again just not in August and the extreme heat.”

“Great location, a lovely walk to the beach to see the turtles at night and for sunsets. We had issues with noisy neighbors, could not get the TV cable to work and the pillows were really awful. There were cockroaches in the kitchen at night, maybe that is to be expected but it caused us not use the kitchen much at all. “The property itself was amazing and there are many updated units on the property which was built in the 70’s. Our unit which was larger so we could sleep 5 was very spacious and appears to be in a slow remodeling phase as we found a lot of lumber and pipes hidden in many dusty corners. Not the cleanest room upon arrival but definitely not worth me contacting anyone, which I never did. Everything was contactless and hassle free which we loved.
