When we got there with a baby and a 4 year old, the host said we can´t stay because kids were not allowed, she wasn´t even being nice and comprehensive, like if it was our fault.The expedia information said: kids welcome. She told us to cancel the booking, we agreed as long as she arrange a new place for us, at the end she didn´t so she said we can stay. “We booked a reservation literally at the last minute, the level of kindness I received from my first phone call is hard to believe. The ferrys quit running back to the Cape and we were stuck and they immediately told me to stay put and came and picked us up and brought us back to the wonderful resort and very helpful and compassionate staff. Everything at this lovely quaint hotel was immaculate and the location couldn’t be more perfect. 10 out of 5 stars!”
