“The description of the room was very incomplete. There were no towels in the bathroom, no shampoo, hand soap, and the bed was not made. I had to go out and buy the needed supplies, all things we could have delt with if we had known upfront. making our own bed was a little out of the norm I have to admit. If I did receive a notification up front, I could not find it.”
