Sifting Sands exceeded all of my expectations and was one of the highlights of our trip. The room was spacious, cutely decorated, clean, and the kitchenette was perfect. The location could not be more ideal, especially with how reasonably priced our stay was. It’s so nice to have a “home base” so close to the boardwalk and beach. This is our new go to spot for future trips!

The room was good for sleeping and the pool was nice. Otherwise, the toilet was constantly running (it probably needed a new flapper ball and seal), there was a broken refrigerator taking up space in the very small room, (plus one behind a door that worked),the electric stove burners were absolutely scary, and the blinds wouldn’t close.

I think it is a decent place for the price. Everything was clean, many towels, which was extremely helpful. The wifi was working well. The stuff was friendly and provided extra towels for the pool. The parking is included, which is good, but the parking spaces are too narrow. The shower was uncomfortable, as well as the pillows. All the furniture is old and isn't nice looking. Otherwise, it was a good stay for one night.

The room was clean and well kept. However, it was very small, to the point that you can barely walk around the bed in order to put something on the shelf next to it. We liked the fact that it had a small small stove, a refrigerator, a coffee maker and a microwave, because that way we could have a sandwich for lunch instead of having to go out to eat all the time. The staff was very friendly and provided us with extra coffee when we needed it. Over all our stay was good, other than the family next door had a dog that started barking early in the morning. I did not think dogs were allowed in the motel.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality. Although it’s a traditional American motel, it has exceptional charm and character. The beautiful beach-inspired décor throughout the property creates a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Every detail is thoughtfully designed, making the stay feel special from the very beginning. The location is excellent—it’s close to everything, including the beach, the boardwalk, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to enjoy Ocean City without needing to drive everywhere. The room was clean and comfortable, and the price was very reasonable for the quality of the stay. We truly enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
