“Very clean and mostly quiet. Room service can improve. When I requested, instead of coming they asked me to extend my stay although I was already staying another night. ”

“⭐ 1/5 – Terrible Experience, Avoid Booking Through Third Parties I booked this property through an online travel agency and arrived to find my reservation was not properly handled. “Natureza espetacular. Pessoal eficiente e gentil. ”

“Spacious apartment ”

“Nice place, good and helpful stuff. ”

“Pro: Big room and bathroom Good WIFI Cons: Staff can't help or recommend nothing (even do, they're nice guys) 2 nights there, impossible to sleep (TV from other room absurdly loud and with door open, people shouting and slamming doors till 5AM, other people entering and leaving next room almost till next morning... absolute craziness)”

“Great and personalized communication by manager as our arrival was delayed. He called twice and demonstrated honest empathy not some corporate PR nonsense.”
