“I loved my stay. It was beautiful kept, very clean and bright. The owner she was so full of energy, always smiling and laughing. Very caring as well, eger to please everyone. I had a view of Bamburgh Castle from my room, which was a 10 min walk to get to. Most definitely would stay again and highly recommend.”

“It was very cold and windy the two nights I was there, and the first night the heater wasn’t working. But they provided a space heater and also fixed the radiator heater in my room. They were very accommodating, and all the staff was helpful.”

“I was in Rm 4, a small twin with ensuite. The window opened (hood) but unfortunately, right onto the alley where the cooking fan vented. It was quite loud but did stop before bedtime. Breakfast was surprisingly included and very tasty. Did not have dinner as there was nothing small that I wanted to eat. I was later told by a customer that you could order half portions of the main menu items. I didn’t realize this and would have done so. Good drafts on tap, staff were friendly but the room...

“Check in was not good. I traveled from a different country and needed wifi to get a code. I had to drive 5 miles to get to a friend to call the owners. The owners were in and out of service so they could only text. When i finally got the proper code. It was 5 flights of steep stairs. It should have been told how many flights of stairs to go with a large suitcase.”

“On arrival we were greeted well and efficiently, however there was not really enough staff to cover everything. Staff were friendly and very helpful . I booked for three nights and expected three full English breakfasts. Unfortunately upon arrival we were informed that there was no chef for Saturday morning while this was disappointing we were assured all would be ok for Sunday and Monday morning . On Sunday there was a full English which was good, however Monday morning chef failed to turn up...

“Un lugar muy auténtico. El apartamento es perfecto para una familia de 4. Limpio, amplio, cómodo. Dispones de lo necesario para tu estancia. El restaurante sirve comida de calidad y las raciones son enormes. Nos atendieron estupendamente. La zona es preciosa. Esta vez nuestra estancia tuvo que ser corta pero esperamos volver para disfrutar más tiempo del lugar. ”
