“Travelled down to the coast to see a show. Arrived late afternoon for one night stay..so just needed bed for the night. Room was clean, quiet and beds comfortable. On site cafe was good for coffee and a croissant before we were on our way. Being a weekend .. free roadside parking was a bonus”

It should not come up in a search for accommodation close to Brisbane airport - it is in a noisy industrial area over the river. $60 taxi fare return, cheaper to stay at airport hotel which would have been quieter. The hotel closes at 4am and is extremely noisy with people yelling all night, banging doors, banging car doors, screaming, people going in and out of rooms next to and opposite our room from check-in at 9pm until 5am, you can hear planes go over and...
