“The room was dirty; it hadn't been cleaned. Also, the description didn't match reality.”

“Breakfast was amazing and atmosphere was friendly and well organized.”

“Room was clean, the continental breakfast was great. Both Doug and Kim were great hosts, very personable. Would be happy to stay again!”

“We were met with a beautiful cabin! It was nice and toasty and very clean. We also ate at the restaurant and were very happy with the friendliness and welcoming attitude of every staff member there! They also had a great playlist of as soon as we entered the restaurant! We would highly recommend this resort!”

“Cleveland House has a beautiful property with an incredible location on Lake Rosseau. Mature trees, and many buildings with character. That being said, I’d never stay here again. We were greeted by loud shouting and kids running up and down the halls. Apparently a junior hockey team was staying here, and the...

“We 4 ppl booked there for 2Ns, but left there in the middle after the first night! Drawbacks: -Low shower water pressure -only 5mins hot water and then it's an absolute cold! (maybe their HW Tank is small) -They add a hidden 'Property Fee' ($150) right before the Check-out at the site when booking! -They add $25 per person over 2 guests PER NIGHT! While they didn't mention it at all! -Our Cabin view to the beautiful lake was through a 2'x2' small window! You need to stay out of the Cabin to...

“The cottage itself was quite adequate. Clean but minimal. Comfortable beds. Its not really possible to swim by the cottage. there's a fair bit of boat traffic and the water is shallow with a lot of rocks and obstacles. You have to swim off the dock. I also messaged several times with various questions before our trip with no response. And when we arrived the internet wasn't working and they didn't get it fixed until the second day. The staff did their best and were quite pleasant, but it was not...
