“The staff are disgustingly rude. Stay here if you want to be locked outside waiting for someone to answer the phone to even check in. We left an item behind so we sent a postage bag for it to be sent back. We sent emails, used the contact us feature on their website, called multiple times and got hung up on. The staff are so rude, give useless excuses and and lie to the guests.”

“Very well located property, easy walking distance to the beach, and town. Staff were very friendly and accommodating with any request. We did have an issue connecting the wi-fi, but a quick trip to reception had it sorted out. I highly recommend this place.”

The apartment is very well maintained although it is not a new unit still very much the 90s. If I had a gripe it would be they could have there own wifi as this does make it difficult to watch even the tv on the building hotspot and the tv is just a small after thought.
