“The room was hotter than the sun, the fan provided did nothing and even the floor felt hot. The towels and sink had hairs on them. The room had one plug socket and it was nowhere near the bed. The temperature of the shower couldn’t be controlled, it was extremely hot in the room so I turned on only the cold tap and when I switched it to shower it would still come out hot and change temperature frequently and I couldn’t control it.”

“Booked to stay in the hope hotel.but was put in a property a 3 or 4 minute walk down a side street.had no cold water.only hot.also had the fan .changed twice .due to the heat.but still didnt work properly.poor breakfast”

Al final pagando 7 GBP me llevaron algo para desayunar al día siguiente, pero ni siquiera me pusieron cubiertos para poder untarme la mantequilla.
